Graphical Specs
In order to assist with the best possible result, the following guidelines should be used:
Format
We can accept any standard high-resolution/vector format artwork (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .tiff, .jpg), provided it adheres to the specifications for the exhibit.
Scale
All artwork should be scaled to exact dimensions to reduce any resolution loss and re-formatting at the time of production.
Bleed
Please see the specifications for each exhibit for the required bleed. A standard bleed is required for each exhibit. Artwork will not be accepted without bleeds.
Resolution
Photos submitted for either production or our in-house creative services must not fall below 100dpi at full-size.
Color
Colors provided must be in CMYK, 4-color process. Pantone colors cannot always be matched due to printing on various types of surfaces including fabric that have different finishes. However, we will make the closest possible determination to make a match.
File Transfer
We will provide FTP information for file uploads. Please ZIP your files prior to sending.
Proof
We will provide proofs for approval prior to production. In some instances, such as rush jobs, a proof may not be feasible.
Production
We will carefully proof all artwork prior to production, however, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide print-ready artwork. Any corrections may impact the production schedule, and timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
Submission
Please provide a PDF proof so that we know what to expect. Also, let us know beforehand when to expect artwork and whom the source of the files are.
