Pittsburgh, Pa., Jan. 12, 2009 – The National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) announced that Marine Corps veteran Mark Llano has been selected as its 2009 Vetrepreneur® of the Year (VOY), sponsored by Microsoft. Llano, 40, is the founder and CEO of Source One Distributors, a $43 million tactical supply firm based out of Wellington, Fla.

The former investment banker epitomizes the qualities that military training teaches; traits that are also essential to success in business. “I’m humbled and honored by this award,” Llano said. “My military training has been so instrumental in shaping my business success.”
